Glorina Mahloli Nxongo is the founder and owner of BFS, started working at Peoples bank/ Nedbank as Enquiries Clerk then moved to Banker position for 7 years. She then moved to IEMAS financial services as a Credit controller for 3 years and later got a position as an Assets Based Finance Consultant for 4 years.

She  later joined Sanlam Life and worked as a Financial Planner to later on join MiWay Insurance as Call Center Consultant.

Special groups of people often have differing insurance needs. Amongst these, Churches, stokvels, burial societies and funeral parlours are particularly concerned about funeral benefits for their members. Contributions by members may prove inadequate in the case of the cost of a burial and expenses associated with a family member’s funeral. Safrican Insurance Company Limited (“Safrican”), with its years of experience, from its origins as a Burial Aid Society in 1932, can alleviate this burden with the above Plan.

Memorial Service Benefit

The Memorial Benefit aims to assist in meeting the cost of the unveiling ceremony. On death of either a Principal Member or Eligible Spouse, a Memorial Benefit will be paid.TheMemorial benefit may only be taken as an additional benefit to an existing Funeral policy.The memorial benefit can be taken by individuals or groups, companies or voluntary corporate, burial society or Funeral Parlour, Churches or Stokvels. The Memorial Benefit will assist in the cost of unveiling ceremony.

Grocery Benefit

  •  On death of a Principal Member, a Grocery Benefit of R12 000 will be provided to the surviving dependents of the deceased. The grocery benefit of R12 000 will be paid over a period of one (1) year in annuity payments of R1 000 per month.
  • This benefit may only be taken as an additional benefit to an existing Funeral policy.
  • The grocery benefit can be taken by individuals or groups, companies or voluntary corporate, burial society or Funeral Parlour, Churches or Stokvels.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
All Complaint must be in writing
  • We will refer your complaint to the relevant person who will be dealing with you directly.
  • We will put a team of experts to investigate your complaint, try and resolve it in a fair manner at a reasonable time.
  • If your complaint was dealt with to your satisfactory, we will then be in a position to improve from the experience gained.
  • If your complaint was not dealt with to your satisfactory, we will learn from our mistakes and do it better the next time.
